(Shell EXE for //gs Orca/M 2.0 shell)

As was recently discussed on comp.sys.apple2, replacing the Orca/M 2.0 editor
with Rose has some problems, mainly because it expects "/" instead of ":".

This is a short (4 block) command which does what "EDIT" does: sets up the
SET_LINFO call, expands wildcards, and invokes the editor. To use it,
install the "ROSE" command in 6/, and put the Rose editor in 4/ as
"Editor.Rose". This way you can invoke the Orca editor with "edit", and
the Rose editor with "rose" (actually, I use "vi", and have it aliased to
"rose").

Source code is included.
